Welcome to Bismarck-Mandan! We are excited for you to experience all that our community has to offer. LHC is requiring all reservations to be submitted through the Online Housing System. All reservations must be made by March 15th, 2024. You can click on the link below accommodations to view all participating hotels, but you need to click on the registration button and create an account to make your reservation. You can reserve the rooms for the entire team or individually, each method will need to be reserved on a credit card. Follow the steps below to get started!

How to make your reservations

1. Click on the red REGISTER button and log in or create an account.
2. Enter your rooming needs and click the SEARCH button.
3. Select your hotel choice and fill out the room occupant information.
4. Upon making a reservation, you will be required to provide a credit card to confirm the booking. 
5. You will receive an email from the Bismarck-Mandan Convention & Visitors Bureau confirming your reservation through the housing bureau.

At this time we are not making team sub-blocks.
